Aakash Kapoor is a principal at Peak XV Partners, formerly Sequoia Capital India and Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. He invests from seed to Series B, mostly in fintech, payments, and consumer internet across Southeast Asia and Australia and New Zealand, and is a founding member of Surge, Peak XV's seed platform for founders. Before Peak XV he worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. He sits on the boards of Indonesian payments company Flip and dental care brand Zenyum, and led Peak XV's investment in trading infrastructure company Alpaca.
