Adam Johnson is CEO and chairman of Principal Mineral, a Dallas company that rebuilds domestic supply chains for critical minerals, rare earths, and advanced materials. He founded the company in 2024 after serving as senior vice president of corporate development and strategy at MP Materials, where he helped unlock more than a billion dollars in investment for rare earth and magnet production. He has also advised the Pentagon and the Department of Energy. Johnson holds degrees from the University of Chicago and Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
