Adi Prasad is co-founder and CEO of Matter, a contract manufacturer running autonomous, AI-native factories for robotics and electromechanical assembly. Before Harvard Business School, where he earned his MBA in 2025, he spent nearly a decade building gigafactories and automated production lines at Tesla, Apple, and Rivian. He co-founded the company with Charly Mwangi, Aish Varadhan, and Aditya Ranjan, who bring manufacturing experience from Rivian, Apple, Intel, and Johnson Controls. Matter has closed a seed funding round.
