Aleks Gampel is co-founder and chief operating officer of Cuby Technologies, which builds Mobile Micro-Factories that manufacture parts for single-family homes and ship them as kits for on-site assembly by small, largely unskilled crews. Before Cuby he spent about a decade in institutional real estate, executing more than two billion dollars in transactions, and held leadership roles at venture-backed companies. He co-founded Cuby in 2021 with Aleh Kandrashou after both concluded independently that construction was the only major industry that had not industrialized.
