Ashwin Rakhra is Vice President of AI Infrastructure at Oracle, working on the artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. OCI provides the compute, storage, and networking that run large AI training and inference workloads across public, multicloud, and on-premises deployments, alongside an AI Database with in-database machine learning. Cloud infrastructure for AI is now central to Oracle's growth.
