Christian Bersch is CEO and cofounder of Cartken, which builds autonomous mobile robots for indoor and outdoor material handling in factories, warehouses, and logistics sites. He and his cofounders built the robots that became Cartken while working on Google's Area 120 robotics project, after earlier roles as a product manager on Google Maps and Search. He was a research engineer at Bosch USA and interned at McKinsey. He holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, with an exchange term at RMIT University in Australia.
