Conrad Shang is founder and venture partner at Ensemble VC in Austin, backing founders who pair hardware with software. He previously ran venture and private equity investing at the University of Texas Investment Management Company and worked at Bain Capital Ventures and Norwest Venture Partners, after stints as a Yammer product manager and a Bain and Company consultant. He holds a Wharton MBA and has backed seven unicorns, three of which went public.
