Deepak Prasad is a director at Qualcomm Ventures, where he leads US investments across artificial intelligence, enterprise cloud, 5G and automotive companies from early to growth stage. He was a founding team member at GPO Fund, working on enterprise deals including MapAnything, later acquired by Salesforce, and earlier invested at Unilazer Ventures, backing consumer companies such as Lenskart. He began his career at The Carlyle Group and Soros Fund Management. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from VJTI Mumbai, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
