Felipe Polido is co-founder and CTO of Reframe Systems, a homebuilding company that designs, permits, and fabricates modular houses in robotics-equipped microfactories. He previously worked at Amazon Robotics, alongside co-founders Vikas Enti and Aaron Small. Reframe's Andover, Massachusetts factory uses robots to frame structural panels while workers finish wiring and plumbing, cutting typical construction timelines from about 18 months to roughly 180 days. The company has also opened a second site in Southern California to rebuild homes lost in the 2025 wildfires.
