Kiran Bharwani is chief technology officer at BrightAI, which builds AI hardware, sensors, and drones for real-time monitoring of physical infrastructure. He joined in 2023 as EVP of engineering and product and moved into the CTO role in 2024, overseeing BrightAI's edge AI platform for sensor fusion and autonomous decision-making. Before BrightAI, he led Rivian's autonomous driving and ADAS organization from inception through production, after roles at Faraday Future and Caterpillar building autonomy software for mining trucks. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Bradley University.
