Melanie Rubocki is a partner at Ashurst Perkins Coie, the law firm formed by the 2026 merger of Ashurst and Perkins Coie, where she has practiced corporate law out of the Boise office since 2004. She represents companies from startup formation and venture financings through mergers, acquisitions, and exits, and previously served two terms as Boise office managing partner and as firmwide co-chair of the Emerging Companies and Venture Law practice group. She holds a JD from Notre Dame Law School and a BS in economics from the Wharton School.
