Mike LeBlanc is co-founder of Foundation, a San Francisco company building humanoid robots for industrial and defense work. He served as a Marine Corps infantry and intelligence officer for more than a decade, including service in Afghanistan, before earning an MBA from Harvard Business School. He then founded and ran the security robot company Cobalt AI as president and chief operating officer for five years before co-founding Foundation in 2024. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy and mathematics from St. John's College.
