Mollie Claypool is cofounder and CEO of AUAR, which builds deployable robotic micro-factories that manufacture timber wall, floor, and roof panels on site for affordable housing. She cofounded the company with Gilles Retsin, with whom she also directs AUAR Labs at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, where she is an associate professor. She holds a professional degree in architecture from the Pratt Institute and has taught at the Architectural Association and the University of East London. She previously worked as a project editor at Phaidon.
