Paril Jain is co-founder and chief technology officer of The Bot Company, a San Francisco startup building household robots that handle everyday chores. He and former Cruise CEO Kyle Vogt started the company in 2024, along with engineer Luke Holoubek. Before that, Jain led AI engineering at Tesla, where he managed deployment of the end to end neural network driving policy across roughly two million vehicles, including Full Self-Driving V12 and the Robotaxi program. He applies that experience in scaling machine learning models to robotics for the home.
