Paul Dawes is CEO of More.AI, a San Mateo startup building MoreSight, a spatial intelligence model that lets robots learn precision physical skills from limited training data on low compute edge hardware. He has run technology companies for three decades: he was CEO of Mode.net, a private network as a service company sold to VMware in 2020, and before that spent nearly ten years at iControl Networks, first as CEO, raising about $130 million and growing the team from 10 to 200, then as EVP and GM of security and telecom, where he built a home security IoT business past three million subscribers. He holds an MSME from Stanford and a BSME from MIT.
