Pradeesh Suganthan is co-founder and CEO of Color Robotics, a San Francisco startup building software that connects robots, PLCs, and other factory control systems so manufacturers can diagnose and fix automation failures without deep robotics expertise. Before founding Color Robotics, he led the excavator autonomy team at Built Robotics, developing algorithms that turned industrial excavators into self-driving machines. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and has long focused on continual learning, world models, and robots that keep learning safely in the real world.
