Rebecca Kaden is managing partner at Union Square Ventures in New York, where she joined as general partner in 2017. Before USV she spent years as general partner at Maveron, a consumer-focused early-stage fund, and began as a journalist. At USV she invests in consumer, education, and hardware companies, betting that cheaper sensors and large models are merging software with the physical world. She led USV's investment in Isembard, an AI-powered factory network for aerospace and defense manufacturing, and backed warehouse robot maker Tutor Intelligence and chipmaker Efficient Computer.
