Ryan Eppley is co-founder and CEO of Root Access, which designs and manufactures American made perception, navigation, and communication electronics for drones and autonomous systems, built for NDAA compliant, reshored supply chains. He started the company in New York in 2025 with backing from AlleyCorp and Alley Robotics Ventures. Before Root Access he was chief operating officer of REC Philly, a creative workspace and membership company, and earlier worked at Oracle, the US Small Business Administration, and Merrill Lynch. He holds a BA in philosophy and politics from the University of San Francisco with study at Oxford and UC Berkeley.
