Sameh Khamis is co-founder and CTO of Halfpixel, an early-stage company building what it calls real world spatial intelligence, currently pre-launch. He spent a decade in computer vision research before founding it: co-founder and director of R&D at the generative media company Rembrand, principal research scientist at NVIDIA, senior research scientist at Google, a founding team member at perceptiveIO, and a researcher at Microsoft. He holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Maryland, a master's from Western University, and a bachelor's in computer engineering from Alexandria University.
