Shawn Fitzgerald is Chief Revenue Officer at Formic, which leases automation robots to manufacturers on a subscription basis. He joined Formic in 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer and moved into the CRO role in 2026. Before Formic he spent two decades at Thomas, the industrial sourcing platform, rising to president and then staying on as CMO of Xometry after it acquired Thomas for $300 million in 2021. He also founded Leadherder, a consulting practice for manufacturing business owners. He holds a BSME in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University.
