Steve Rodda is CEO of Retrocausal, a Seattle company that builds computer vision and AI copilots guiding and improving manual assembly work on manufacturing lines. He became CEO in January 2026, succeeding co-founder Zeeshan Zia, who moved into the President role. Rodda has more than 20 years of enterprise software experience and has led four companies through acquisitions, including Stoplight, where he scaled annual recurring revenue from $1.7 million to $7 million, and Ambassador Labs, later folded into Gravitee. He earlier held senior roles at SolarWinds, Cherwell Software and LOGICnow.
